Mailed the day they are made, I can ship my Gluten Free Almond Cakes anywhere in the continental United States.
They freeze like a dream (thaw in the refrigerator) and a small slice goes a long way! Made with only 5 Tablespoons Millet flour, they are mostly ground raw almonds. They will keep in the refrigerator for over a month. A small, unassuming looking cake with BIG flavor!
